fortuitously , the Sakonnet Plant Fair fits into the install societal calendar of plant sales agreement in the Northeast , which starts with the Galanthus Gala held in easterly Pennsylvania in February and close with theHollister House industrial plant saleheld in September in Connecticut . But in between there are about a XII splendid plant sales , such as theStonecropPlant Sale in lateAprilin New York andTrade Secretsin May in Connecticut . Regional plant sales, such as the Sakonnet Plant Fair in Rhode Island, often offer opportunities to acquire unique plants that you might not find elsewhere.

Local nurseries are sometimes invited to sell their plants at plant sales, along with private growers.

Consider bringing your own trays or flats to make transporting plants easier.
