Today ’s photos are from Sue Strong . She says,“I travel to Bella Vista , Arkansas , from Florida 2½ years ago and could n’t wait to grow all the wonderful perennials that I was ineffectual to grow in Florida . When I bought the property there was only one ‘ Emerald Green ’ arborvitae and close to a XII boxwoods , so I was go with a blank slate and have been very meddling adding both hard- and softscape since my comer .
“ Ozark soil is extremely jumpy so I had a tremendous local stonemason build raise beds , which has allowed me to remedy my gardens with generous amounts of compost . I have now completed the legal age of my hardscape and large planting projects . move forward I will rivet on refining and maintaining my garden beds and watching my plants grow ; although I ’m sure there ’ll still be elbow room for a few more “ special ” projection . ”
Wow , Sue , you ’ve done a LOT in 2½ years ! It await great , and I ca n’t expect to see photos of it in the years to come ! Thanks so much for sharing . * * More info in the captions * *
