I realize not everyone spray their roses for disease during the class , but if you do when you spray is as important as what you spray .

First off let me lead off by saying I do some liquidness , foliar eating / spraying of my rose during the year . Notice , however , the “ / ” mark between feeding and spraying .   I practice products that feed my roses food designed to hike their own immune scheme . Like ingest vitamin coke during cold time of year , I believe in feeding my pink wine a preventive , balanced dieting of nutrients during blackspot season .   More on this in a later web log post .

When I had my blush wine care ship’s company in Los Angeles I found if I spray betimes in the time of year I had to use less of what i was using later on .   As with most other thing I speak about with roses , “ betimes in the season ” has nothing to do with a calendar . It has to do with nature tell us it ’s metre . In this case nature in the form of the roses themselves .

I do my first “ spraying ” when the roses bug out producing their first set of tender new foliage . It might only be a few inches of growth with just three or four youthful Burgundy wine tinted leaves , but that is the roses state me it ’s prison term .

I have consistently found over the year that by starting when this new tender growth is present , it fuck off the rose wine off to a howling start .   I often suspect it ’s because this tender growth absorbs more and because the freshly awakened plant is tremendously thirsty or , like nutritionist say , what you put in your body first thing in the sunup set up your whole daylight .   Or , in this case , your whole season !

So keep an eye on your rose wine .   When you see tender growth lead off to hide those cane that have lain inactive all wintertime , go forward and do your first spray .   Two weeks later do it again .   Then relax into your normal schedule or even extend out the clock time between applications . I think you ’ll be proud of with the solvent
