The organization of the Dutch Lily Days has decided to cancel this twelvemonth ’s issue due to the risk and the impingement of the coronavirus . It was plan for Tuesday to Friday , June 2 - 5 . During the Dutch Lily Days , lily stock breeder and exporters in the Netherlands open their door to a vast number of visitant from near and far . Garden Trials and Trade 2020 cancelledThe 3rd edition of Garden Trials and Trade has also been call off . In light of the current situation surround the Coronavirus , the organisation has been pressure to close that it would be irresponsible to allow the event to take space .
The situation interest the coronavirus is changing on a daily basis . A grow number of measures are in billet to limit the spread of the coronavirus . The organisation has been following the developments carefully and has reached the decision to cancel the event .
Jos van Lint on behalf of the governance : “ These past several days have shown us the wellness risks that are present . It would therefore be irresponsible to reserve an event such as Garden Trials and Trade to take place at the beginning of June . We regret have to make this decision and hope that the position will amend . We wish everyone strength and health during this challenging meter . ”
