The spinybacked orbweaver wanderer , also known as the crab spider , is clean and black with six reddish spur that protrude from the physical structure . Female spinybacked orbweavers are 5 to 9 millimeters in length , and 10 to 13 mm wide . Males are much small . They are establish in parks and backyards . The wanderer experience its name from the orb - shaped web it spins .
Orchard Spider
The most common spider in the Florida region is the orchard wanderer . Somewhat smaller than the spinybacked orbweaver , the orchard wanderer has a long abdomen with marking that are green , silver , yellow or smart orangeness . They prefer to reside in surface area that are not well - manicured , such as Park and overgrown lawn . The orchard wanderer has a distinct , long jaw and often lives in web clustered near spiders of the same specie .

Grass Spider
Also known as the funnelweb spider , the skunk spider commonly know around place . These spiders incline to be diffident and not easily seen .
